The trailhead located at the southern end of Sullivan Lake, accessed at the Noisy Creek Campground on the Colville National Forest.
Location: Colville National Forest, Sullivan Lake Ranger District, In Colville National Forest at Sullivan Lake, east of Metaline.

The trail connects two campgrounds four miles apart at either end of Sullivan Lake. Best chance to view resident bighorn sheep is April to mid-June along the trail.
